About

Yomenau Immigration Services

A Canadian immigration consulting practice built around one idea: every file marks the beginning of a new day.

Why “Yomenau”

From Yom-e-Nau — “a new day.”

Yomenau is an anglicised spelling of the Urdu and Persian Yom-e-Nau — a new day. It is the idea this practice is built on: a new country, a new career, a new chapter of life. The name reflects how we approach the work — your file is not paperwork, it is the opening chapter of a life in Canada. We have lived immigration ourselves, across four countries, and it shapes how we treat every client.

Licensing & experience

Licensed RCIC with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants since 2021. 11 years of Canadian immigration case experience, and over two decades of personal and professional immigration experience across Canada, the UK, the US, and the Gulf states.

Immigration is something we have lived, not just studied. Forms and timelines are the surface of this work — underneath are livelihoods, families, and futures, and we treat every file that way.

You can verify our licence at any time on the CICC Public Register.

Consultations are held virtually across Canada and internationally. In-person meetings are available in Vancouver for established clients, by request.

How we work

Three steps, start to finish.

AssessA candid review of your situation. It can start privately with the in-browser self-assessment, or with a licensed consultation where we read your documents and tell you plainly what we see — including the risks.
BuildWe build the case: the evidence, documentation, and written submissions, prepared to withstand a skeptical read. Where a file is weak, we tell you what could make it stronger before anything is filed.
CommunicateWe handle the filing, representation, and correspondence with the government and tribunals — and keep you informed at every step, in plain language, so you always know where things stand.
